Refund
and shipping policies:
Shipping fee are not refundable under any circumstances
If you order an item using Overnight shipping
and for any circumstances it has to be sent again, we will send
it priority shipping.
If the address has any mistake and the delivery
company can not deliver the package we will send your purchase
again but shipping will be charged again.
If for some reasons the item you bought has to
be replaced, we will use priority shipping to send you your new
item, but you have to pay for the ground shipping of the unit
you return.
To get a replacement or a refund contact return@Mp3PlayerStore.com
we will return you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
that you will have to put on the box.

Return for credit
Merchandise returned for credit is subject to
a 15% restocking charge. Prior to returning any merchandise to
Mp3PlayerStore.com, you must contact Mp3PlayerStore.com's
RMA Department to request authorization to return material. Mp3PlayerStore.com's
RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue
an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping
labels on all returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in
their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the
original invoice enclosed. All manuals, cables, diskettes, and
accessories originally shipped must be included with the product
and in sellable condition. Otherwise, the credit will be refused.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized
RMA number.
There is a 15% restocking fee for credit
returns between 0 to 30 calendar days from the date of invoice.
No refund or credit returns will be issued after
30 days. No exceptions
